You can drag them to make them move to a selected spot, or you can choose an enemy on the map to attack and they’ll engage automatically until winning or until they fall. Your equipped unit will then deploy to the field, and you can control it just like in an RTS game.

As long as you fulfill the prerequisites, and have enough resources, you’ll easily be able to purchase the enhancement. Upgrading is very much the same as you must simply click on the building in question, and then on “Upgrade”.

The building in this game is pretty much standard: You click on an empty plot, choose the corresponding structure, and it’ll instantly get built. Primarily, however, you’ll have your Field Command Center, which is where you order Airdrops to get a few extra units of free resources per day, as well as increase the firepower of your command center for every upgrade you purchase. Your base consists of a few buildings at first, and you can construct more as you progress in the story and unlock more features.

This means that you will construct buildings, train troops, raid other players, and even fight NPC units, on the same screen, which makes Warpath more similar to a typical PC RTS game rather than a mobile title. In contrast with other strategy games, where your base of operations is on a different screen from the world map, the base-building takes place directly on the said map.
